Born: Jan­u­a­ry 30, 1943, In­de­pen­dence, Kan­sas.

Son of a min­is­ter, Ham­il­ton was ed­u­cat­ed at the Pen­te­cos­tal Bi­ble Col­lege, Sa­cra­men­to, Cal­i­fornia. He has served at the Four­square Church, Van­cou­ver, Wash­ing­ton; the Light­house Miss­ion Church, Port­land, Or­e­gon; and the Mount Ju­li­et Wor­ship Cen­ter, Mount Ju­li­et, Ten­nes­see. He wrote around 50 hymns.
