Daniell was or­dained by the Bi­shop of Man­ches­ter in 1848, and sub­se­quent­ly served as Cur­ate of Ger­rans, Men­hen­i­ot, King­ton-Lang­ley, and others, and as Vi­car of Lang­ley-Fitz­urse, Win­ter­borne-Stoke, Ber­wick, St. James, Wilts­hire, and Lang­ley-Bur­rell (1879). His works in­clude:
