Gibbs ap­par­ent­ly was part of the Kes­wick Con­ven­tion move­ment. Her hus­band was Will­iam James Gibbs, at one time su­per­in­tend­ent of the Meth­od­ist Cen­tral Hall in Brom­ley, Kent; they mar­ried cir­ca Au­gust 1898 in Is­ling­ton, Lon­don, Eng­land. Her works in­clude:
