Died: Feb­ru­a­ry 21, 1911, Lon­don, Eng­land.

Proctor worked in the In­land Re­ve­nue De­part­ment, Som­er­set House, Lon­don (1867-1909). He al­so wrote church music, and played the or­gan at St. An­drew’s Church, Is­ling­ton, Lon­don, for 35 years.
