Born: Date un­known; christ­ened January 6, 1650, Hels­ton, Corn­wall, Eng­land.

Hart was a bass sing­er at York Min­ster un­til 1670; Gen­tle­man of the Cha­pel Roy­al (1670-1718); and lay-vi­car of West­min­ster Ab­bey (1670-1718). He al­so played the or­gan at St. An­drew’s, Un­der­shaft; St. Mi­chael’s, Corn­hill; and St. Di­on­is, Black­heath (1724). His works in­clude:
