Teodorico was a ne­phew of Ita­lo-Eng­lish pre­-Ra­phael­ite po­et and paint­er Dante Pe­tro­co­la Ros­set­ti, and a friend of Lew­is Car­roll, for whom he trans­lat­ed Al­ice in Won­der­land into Ital­ian. His other works in­clude:
