Slinn belonged to the Providence, Particular Baptist Chapel, Northampton. She married the chapel’s pastor, Edward Vorsley (1765-1838) in 1804. A hymn attributed to her (and later dated to 1777) appeared in the July 1779 issue of the Gospel Magazine.
