Died: Sep­tem­ber 10, 1948, Mont­re­al, Ca­na­da. That day he had preached a ser­mon ti­tled, “Pre­cious in the Sight of the Lord Is the Death of His Saints.” He con­cluded by say­ing, “I feel as if I have wings rea­dy to fly.” That night, he flew.
