If the re­quest does not in­clude a lo­ca­tion, the chanc­es of us be­ing able to an­swer it are ve­ry small. Re­gret­ta­bly, we do not have time to do this kind of re­search. We are not prom­is­ing that re­quests with lo­cat­ion da­ta will be fu­lfilled, but re­quests with­out lo­ca­tion da­ta will al­most cer­tain­ly not be.
